Customer Support/Programmer (Nanaimo)
Customer Service Representative required for high-end web solutions company based in Nanaimo. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all incoming calls and providing technical assistance to clients in need. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: diverting incoming calls; assisting clients via phone, email, and forums; and resolving bugs within our core products.
