ASP.Net Developer (70-80k) (Pendleton, IN)
Title: .Net Developer
Job Summary:
The .Net Developer serves as a key member of the enterprise applications development team, which provides custom .Net web solutions for internal and external use. The position offers a challenging opportunity for a high-energy individual with strong .Net skills and awareness of design patterns and principles.
Requirements:
o Minimum 4-6 years software development experience in ASP.NET, C#, and .Net Framework
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
o Experience with ASP WebForms, ASP.NET AJAX, .NET Web Services, WCF
o Strong Object-Oriented development background; good understanding of OO structures and concepts
o Ability to create an object model independent of data source that represents entities as they exist in the business environment
Preferred:
o Windows 2003 / 2008 Server; IIS 5 - 7
o SQL Server 2000/2003/2008
o jQuery
o Entity Framework
o ASP.NET MVC
o K2 Blackpearl Workflow
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
o Develops standard programming interfaces between n-tier components to create loosely coupled, highly flexible, easily maintainable software
o Develops ASP.Net and/or C# code per n-tier software standards and project requirements to deliver solutions on-time and within budget
o Develops unit tests for each object method to achieve and maintain superior quality levels in initial and subsequent releases
o Ensures the effective delivery of all project deliverables within project constraints by following best practices and effectively applying software life cycle management tools and technique
