Project Manager - Vancouver, Washington
Gravitate Design Studio is seeking a qualified project manager to join its Vancouver, Washington staff. The Project Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining the project schedule, managing resources, delivering documentation, and acting as liaison between the design/development team and the client. A successful candidate will be able to execute project objectives and deliverables on time, within budget, and with a high standard of customer service.
Requirements include:
1. B.A. in marketing, communications, computer science or other relevant area of study
2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
3. Previous project management or marketing experience
4. Familiarity with Internet technologies and technical terms
5. Excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail
6. The ability to work efficiently by meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality of product and services.
7. Ability to effectively communicate between different teams

Software Developer .Net/Flex (Vancouver, WA)
Lariat, Inc. has an immediate opening for an experienced Software Developer who will fit in with our fast-paced development environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate development environments, with additional experience in multimedia projects and technologies. Lariat is growing through acquisition of new clients and is looking for a strong candidate to help us deliver solutions for those clients. The position includes developing enhancements and new features for current product offerings in addition to the development of new product applications. Applications include online tools, desktop and mobile applications.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
1. Experience in multiple corporate software development environments including: New software architecture design, Experience using design patterns, New software development, Existing software support and troubleshooting, New feature development for existing software
2. Experience with online media formats and technologies such as: Streaming audio and video, Adobe Flash,
3. Programming experience with several of the following (.Net & Flex required): C#, .Net, ASP.Net, Adobe Flex/Flash, AIR, Java, Hibernate/NHibernate, MS SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, (Windows Mobile, Apple iPhone or other mobile platforms considered a plus)
4. A degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
5. 5+ years professional field experience
