Where is global checkin?
If a content item is currently being used, or checked out, or if the item is closed improperly it may be uneditable by another administrator and will have a lock icon in place of a checkbox next to the title. When this happens, the content item needs to be globally checked-in.
1. To perform a global check-in, from the administrator top menu select System>Global Checkin.
2. You will then see a list followed by a message that says, "Checked out items have now been all checked in." Now you will be able to edit the content item.
