မတ်လ ၇ရက် ၂၀၁၉ခုနှစ်မှာ Google က စမ်းသပ်နေတဲ့ Gmail Confidential Mode အကြောင်းကို ကြေညာခဲ့ပါတယ်။ အခုလာမယ့် ဇွန်လ၂၅ရက် ၂၀၁၉ခုနှစ်မှာတော့ အဲ့ဒီ Gmail Confidential Mode လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များကို အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီး ဖြစ်ကြောင်း လူကြီးမင်းတို့သိရှိအောင် ရေးသားလိုက်ရပါတယ်။ ကျွန်တော်တို့ Myanmars.NET ကနေပြီးဒီသတင်းအချက်အလက်ကို ကြိုတင်ပြီး မျှဝေနေပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် G Suite အသုံးပြုသူတွေအနေဖြင့် ကြိုတင်သိရှိနိုင်ဖို့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

ဘာတွေအသုံးဝင်လဲ?

Confidential Mode သုံးပြီး email တွေပို့တဲ့အခါ Confidential Mode သုံးထားမယ်ဆိုရင် ပို့လိုက်တဲ့ mail တွေကို လက်ခံရရှိသူအနေနဲ့ forward လုပ်တာတွေ၊ copy ကူးတာတွေ၊ print ထုတ်တာတွေ နဲ့ download တာတွေကို လုပ်လို့ ရမှာမဟုတ်တော့ဘူး။ ပို့လိုက်တဲ့ email ကိုလည်း တစ်ဖက်လူက လက်ခံပြီးတာနဲ့ တစ် ရက်အတွင်း auto ဖျက်၊ နှစ်ရက် သို့ မဟုတ် ၁ လအတွင်း auto ဖျက် စသည်ဖြင့် ကြိုတင် setting ထားပြီး ပို့လို့ရပါမယ်။

တစ်ခါတစ်လေမှာ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ အချက်အလက်တွေ ဥပမာ password, credit card information စသည်ဖြင့် တစ်ဖက်လူကို အရေးပေါ် email ပို့ရေးရတာတွေ ရှိတတ်ပါတယ်။ အဲဒီလိုအခါမျိုးမှာ confidential mode ကို သုံးပြီ ပို့မယ်ဆိုရင် တစ်ဖက်လူရဲ့ email inbox ထဲကို link တစ်ခုတည်းသာ ရောက်ရှိသွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လက်ခံရရှိသူက အဲဒီ link ကို ကလစ်ခေါက်ပြီး ကြည့်မှသာ information တွေကို မြင်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ပြီးတော့ အဲဒီ email ကိုလည်း forward, copy, print, download တွေကို လုပ်လို့ရမှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။

ဒါ့အပြင် SMS Verification ကုတ်ကို confidential mode ထဲမှာ သုံးထားမယ်ဆိုရင် email လက်ခံရရှိသူ၏ phone ထဲသို့ verification ကုတ် ကို google မှ ပို့ပေးမှာဖြစ်ပြီး အဲဒီပို့လိုက်တဲ့ code ကို ရိုက်ထည့်မှသာ confidential email ကို ဖတ်လို့ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ လောလောဆယ်တော့ SMS Verification ကို မြန်မာပြည်အတွက်တော့ အလုပ်မလုပ်သေးပါ။ အချို့နိုင်ငံတွေအတွက်တော့ စတင် စမ်းသပ်အသုံးပြုနိုင်ပြီ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

အခုလောလောဆယ်တော့စမ်းသပ်ကာလဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ သို့သော်လည်း ဇွန်လ ၂၅ရက် ၂၀၁၉ခုနှစ်မှာ နောက်ပိုင်းမှာ auto enable ဖြစ်သွားမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Google Analytic ဆိုတာဘာလဲ။

ကိုယ်ပိုင် website တစ်ခုရှိထားပြီဆိုရင်တော့ google analytic ကို အခြေခံသဘောတရားတွေကို မဖြစ်မနေ သိထားသင့်ပါတယ်။ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ website ကို လူလာကြည့်နှုန်း၊ ဘယ်နိုင်ငံ ဘယ်ဒေသကလူတွေလာကြည့်လဲ၊ ဘယ်လောက်ကြာအောင်ကြည့်လဲ၊ ဘယ်စာမျက်နှာ ကို လူကြည့်အများဆုံးလဲ စသည့်ဖြင့် အချက်အလက်များစွာကို ကိန်းဂဏန်းများ ဂရပ်များဖြင့် ပြသပေးမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Average Session Duration ဆိုတာကတော့ 1 session တိုင်းမှာ လာကြည့်သူတစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီက အသုံးပြုသွားတဲ့ ပျမ်းမျှကြာချိန် ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
